Abhishek hails from Jhajha, from where his parents, Indradev Yadav—a lawyer in the local civil court—and Manju Devi, a homemaker, brought him up. Born and brought up in a small town was no deterrent for Abhishek to make a name for himself in the tech world.
The first big break came in 2022 with B.Tech in Computer Science at National Institute of Technology, Patna. He landed a job with Amazon in Berlin with an annual pay package of Rs 1.08 crore. This provided him with the experience and then a few more doors opened for his career.
Chasing a Dream
Even though he was extremely successful in his job at Amazon, Abhishek always wanted to work at Google for himself. He was moved by the “Googler’s” spirit of promoting ingenuity. He went through a rigorous five-stage interview process but made all efforts worthwhile.
As Abhishek puts it, “Working at Google has been my dream since I started working. It’s a place where ideas click, and I am excited to be a part of it. It’s not personal success but something where you can make a difference.”
Family Pride and Support

Seeing him achieve such a big goal is amazing.” His father, Indradev Yadav, added, “I always told Abhishek to stay focused and work hard. His elder brother too is over the moon, preparing for a job in Delhi. All his family members are well within their rights to celebrate the success that has been experienced, and in the entire town, no one seems not to be rejoicing over Abhishek’s triumph.
