On Monday, the well-known caller identification app Truecaller introduced an AI-powered call recording option for iOS and Android users in India. Users may now record both incoming and outgoing calls right within the Truecaller app thanks to this new functionality.

Available as part of the company’s Premium package, the AI-powered call recording function costs Rs 75 per month or Rs 529 annually. Rishit Jhunjhunwala, Managing Director and Chief Product Officer of Truecaller, said in a statement, “We want to give our customers greater control and flexibility in managing their conversations, and it is also a very valuable tool for both personal and professional purposes.”

With this function, users can now record and transcribe any call from any caller in both Hindi and English. The service was first introduced in the US, and the corporation stated that more languages and markets will be added later.
