Step 2: Fill out Forms 29 and 30, making sure to include the seller’s signature.
Step 3: Send the completed forms to the RTO with the insurance certificate, pollution under control (PUC) certificate, registration certificate, and proof of address for both the seller and the buyer.

The complete set of documents needed to transfer a Vechile Registration Certificate (RC) is as follows:
- Forms 29 and 30: No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the original RTO; Vehicle Registration Certificate; Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificate; Insurance certificate;
- Both the seller’s and the buyer’s legitimate ID
