The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) resolved one of the most common concerns customers have with their Aadhaar numbers. Thanks to the governmental institution UIDAI, people are able to verify the mobile numbers and email addresses connected to their Aadhaar. Aadhaar users may now verify the mobile numbers and email addresses associated with their Aadhaar.
“The UIDAI was informed that, in some cases, people were unsure or unaware of which of their mobile numbers had been linked to their Aadhaar.” Therefore, residents were apprehensive that the Aadhaar OTP would be transmitted to an additional mobile number. Residents may now check them pretty rapidly as a result of this capacity,” according to a UIDAI statement explaining the necessity for the new tool.
How Do confirm your email address and phone number with your Aadhaar
The service is available through the ‘Verify email/mobile Number’ option on the official website (https://myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/) or the mAadhaar app. People can use the application to discover if their personal email or mobile number has been issued with the right Aadhaar number.
This service confirms to Aadhaar owners that the email/mobile number under their control is simply linked to the appropriate Aadhaar. Furthermore, it notifies the user if a particular mobile number is not connected and recommends them to update the mobile number if necessary.
Users will get a message on their screen that states, “The mobile number you have entered is already verified with our records,” if the mobile number has already been verified. If a person cannot remember the mobile number they supplied during enrolment, the final three digits of the mobile number can be validated using the Verify Aadhaar tool on the MyAadhaar webpage or mAadhaar app.
