Google Chat is the home of Google Spaces, but you can enter it accessibly within Gmail. Whenever by the web or mobile app.

Step 1 Visit Google Chat and subscribe if necessary. You’ll also see Spaces on the left side, which you can expand or collapse as demanded.

Step 2 If you want to use Gmail, make sure you have Google Chat enabled in the settings. To do so, visit Gmail and subscribe.

Step 3 Choose the Gear icon on the top right to open the Settings sidebar. also, pick See all settings.

Step 4: Enter the Chat and Meet tab at the top side, and point to the option for Google Chat in the Chat section here.

Step 5: Press Save Changes at the bottom.

Generate a space in Google Spaces_

You can generate a space in Google Spaces in either Google Chat or Gmail in the same way. Your spaces sync so that you can use them in either usage as long as you’re subscribed to with the same Google account.

Step 1: Choose the Plus sign next to Spaces on the left side of the link for Create.

Step 2: Choose Create space in the list option.

Step 3: Give your space a name and description.

Step 4: You can invite people to your space immediately by adding their names or email addresses. You can also add people just as easily.

Step 5: Here you have a paid Google Workspace account, such as a business account, you can choose whether you’d like to create a restricted space that only those you invite can join.

Step 6: Choose the create option when you finish your.

Join space in Google Spaces.
If someone creates a space and invites you, you will try to join the space in a couple of clicks.

Step 1: You’ll receive an email notifying you that you’ve been invited to join a space in Google Spaces.

Select the link or button in the email to open Google Chat.

Step 2: You’ll see a pop-up window with the name of the space at the top. You can select the Arrow next to the name and choose View members to see who’s joined the space.
