Every significant social networking platform now provides a blue tick for its subscribers, from Twitter to Meta. Some people get it naturally, while others have to pay for it. A blue tick is now available to individuals who have validated their identity on BIMI (Brand Indicators for Message Identification), a recent Google effort.

The email service of the dominant search engine is currently giving brands a blue checkmark, as was to be expected. In order to add a blue checkmark to their profile, they must confirm the brand logo on the BIMI platform. This new feature, according to Google’s official blog, will assist users in recognizing and separating authentic senders from fakes.
Within three days, this feature will be available to major companies as part of the Quick Release and Scheduled Release domains. All Google Workspace customers, old G Suite Basic and Business customers, and even users with personal Google accounts are qualified to receive a blue checkmark, according to Google.
You must create an account on BIMI, which requires domain information, in order to verify your logo there. The next step is registering your brand’s trademark and uploading your logo in SVG format. In order to add a blue checkmark next to your company logo on Gmail, submit an application for a VMC (verified mark certificate).
