Step 1: Open the Messenger app on your phone.
Step 2: Tap on your profile photo in the top left corner of Chats.
Step 3: Select Contacts from the phone.
Step 4: Next, select Manage Contacts, and after that, Delete all contacts.
NOTE: On any devices where you’re using the Messenger app, you must disable contact uploading in order to prevent your contacts from being uploaded once more.
